Job Title: Business Development Executive

Job Summary:
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving the company’s growth by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and supporting sales initiatives. This role involves market research, lead generation, and providing product or service information to potential clients to drive business forward. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation and Prospecting:
    • Identify and generate new business leads through various channels (cold calling, networking, referrals).
    • Qualify prospects and assess their needs to recommend appropriate solutions.
  2. Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with potential clients.
    • Follow up with leads and existing clients to nurture relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
  3. Sales Support:
    • Assist in preparing proposals and presentations to pitch to clients.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to align strategies and maximize conversions.
  4. Market Research and Analysis:
    • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitors.
    • Provide feedback to improve products and services based on client needs.
  5. Reporting and Documentation:
    • Maintain accurate records of interactions with leads and clients in CRM software.
    • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on lead generation, sales progress, and market insights.

Key Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in business development or sales.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
    • Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office.


Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month
