Job Title: Business Development Executive (Male/Female)
Job Summary:
The Business Development Executive will drive the company’s growth by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and supporting sales initiatives. This on-field role involves market research, lead generation, and providing product or service information to potential clients to drive business forward. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation and Prospecting:
- Identify and generate new business leads through various channels (cold calling, networking, referrals).
- Qualify prospects and assess their needs to recommend appropriate solutions.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with potential clients.
- Follow up with leads and existing clients to nurture relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Sales Support:
- Assist in preparing proposals and presentations to pitch to clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align strategies and maximize conversions.
Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitors.
- Provide feedback to improve products and services based on client needs.
Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of interactions with leads and clients in CRM software.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on lead generation, sales progress, and market insights.
Key Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Skills:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office.
