Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing marketing strategies, and building long-lasting relationships with clients. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and enhancing our brand presence in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored IT solutions.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement effective digital and traditional marketing campaigns.
Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to refine marketing strategies.
Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations and proposals.
Represent Five Seven I.T Solutions at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts to track progress and improve performance.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and company services.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the IT industry.
Strong understanding of sales processes, customer relationship management, and digital marketing tools.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and events.
