Cancellation and Refund
We at Five Seven IT Solutions Pvt Ltd are dedicated to providing top-notch IT services and solutions. The conditions under which refunds and cancellations are permitted are described in this cancellation and refund policy.
- Service Cancellation
- Clients may request service cancellation by sending an email to our support team.
- Cancellation requests will be considered based on the stage of the project or service delivery.
- It is not possible to cancel services that have already been started, such as hosting, domain registration, licensing, or third-party integrations.
- Refund Policy
Eligibility for a refund is decided entirely by Five Seven IT Solutions Pvt Ltd:
Custom Software Development / IT Projects:
- Refunds aren’t available once a project has started.
- If a cancellation request is made before work begins, a processing fee may be deducted.
Subscription-based Services (Hosting, Maintenance, Support):
- Only cancellations made within 7 days of service activation may be eligible for a refund.
- Once the project or service has started, there will be no partial refunds for unused service periods.
Consulting, Training & Advisory Services:
- Payment for delivered sessions is not refundable.
- Non-Refundable Charges
The following are strictly non-refundable:
Domain registration & renewals
Software licenses & third-party subscriptions
Development costs already incurred
Payment gateway or transaction charges
- Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
- Refunds will be credited using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
