Job Title: Marketing Head
Job Summary:
The Marketing Head will lead and drive the marketing strategies to accelerate business growth across India. This role involves developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans, overseeing marketing campaigns, and ensuring alignment with sales objectives. The Marketing Head will be responsible for building a strong brand presence, generating leads, and fostering relationships with clients. The position is commission/sales-based, offering high performance-based rewards. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of market trends, and proven experience in managing large-scale marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive sales growth across pan-India markets.
- Align marketing campaigns with sales objectives to maximize revenue generation.
- Team Management:
- Lead and mentor the marketing team to achieve high performance.
- Foster a collaborative environment to ensure all teams work towards common business goals.
- Campaign Development and Execution:
- Plan, implement, and monitor marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, print, events, etc.).
- Optimize marketing efforts to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
- Sales and Revenue Focus:
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts translate into measurable sales results.
- Track and report on sales performance, adjusting strategies as needed to meet targets.
- Market Expansion:
- Identify new market opportunities and expansion strategies to increase brand presence.
- Build relationships with key clients and partners across India.
- Performance-Based Compensation:
- The role is based on commission/sales performance, offering high potential earnings based on achieving set targets.
Key Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in marketing leadership, with a proven track record in driving sales and revenue growth across India.
